Improperly inflated air chambers can lower the performance of your inflatable boat, while over-pressuring can cause a blow-out of your inflatable boat. To prevent this from happening it is important to maintain proper air pressure. This air pressure gauge can be used on RIBs, soft bottom inflatables, or river rafts. It can provide readings of up to 14.7 psi or 1 bar.
Always be aware that warm weather will increase the air pressure and cold weather will reduce the air pressure, so it is important to recheck air pressure in the chambers when the temperature changes.
